Sharing expertise and experiences:
The way the Montparnasse 56 Group is organized allows our sites to maintain their independence while optimizing information sharing and the exchange of ideas. This also allows our sites to benefit from a platform of shared skills that is available throughout our company and to benefit from direct support from various areas of our business.
Personnel management:
Montparnasse 56 always looks for ways to include and motivate our employees.
Motivation:
Montparnasse 56 associates benefit from training throughout the year and are dedicated to increasing customer satisfaction at our sites.
Loyalty:
We have a very low employee turnover rate and we are careful to promote loyalty within our teams. This stability is a major factor in our success.
Training and technology:
Montparnasse 56 Group prides itself on being cutting edge on information and technology systems. We provide a rigourous training program for our associates to ensure we stay in front of the curve.
Our Business
Tourism expertise
The Montparnasse 56 Group is committed to creating world class destinations
for international travellers.
We seek to accomplish this goal through two principal platforms:
History& Culture :
M56 seeks to capitalize on and reinforce the iconic aspect of monuments and tourist sites, so as to make them integral parts of the area’s culture. For example, The Berlin TV Tower has become a symbol of Berlin, on a par with the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag.
When a site is newer or less evocative, Montparnasse 56 implements strategies to elevate it to become a world class tourist destination and serve as one of the selectgroup of reference points in the area. Tour Montparnasse and the view from it exemplify this strategy.
Fun & Education :
We know that to be completely satisfied, our visitors must leavefeeling enriched by the experience. Through tours, exhibitions, videos and interactive kiosks, we attempt to surprise and amaze our visitors with both fun and education.
Developing activities
Optimization of space :
Our business is not limited to site management. Montparnasse 56 is involved from the beginning. We spend time creating a = unique strategic vision for each site working with designers, historians, architects and other specialists who can lend drama to a space. Once our sites are established, we aim to create a new attraction within the space each year. These new additions keep our loyal customers comingback and garner new interest among travellers and in the community.
Attracting new customers :
We are always paying attention to new evolutions and trends in the interests of tourists. Thanks to research and our desire to attract new audiences, we make significant efforts to identify and attract new visitors to share in the excitement of our sites.

Our Vision
Customer Satisfaction
Our primary goal is to provideworld class destinations where visitors of a variety of ages, nationalities and interests experience maximum satisfaction. We do not attempt to manage visitors’experiences down to the minute. On the contrary, we want their visits to be surprising and enthralling . Our hope is that visitors enjoy their time at our sites and share their discoveries with their friends and families. Regular studies show that visitor satisfaction rates are exemplary for each of our sites, and that a substantial number of people would recommend them to friends.

Intelligent tourism
Nothing is more vivid than a memory ( Garcia Lorca)
We believe that a visit to one of our sites should provide a range of emotions. It should be a truly enriching experience that remains in a person’s memory. Being affected by the deep significance of a site, understanding its history, while also learning and being entertained are equally important to us.
A visit must also be a sensory experience. At each of our sites, the view, the height, the scents, and the surprises all create a profound sensory experience for our visitors. At the Tour Montparnasse and the tower in Berlin, as well as at The Crocodile Park (La Fermeaux Crocodiles), these sensations help visitors explore and discover unique and unexpected angles of our sites.
Children are especially receptive to sensory experiences and at each of our sites, we offer attractions and tours that are specifically designed for children.
